We arrived at the Acacia Hotel & Spa to find that our room wasn't ready, but the staff quickly provided us with another room to use. They even moved all of our belongings to the correct room while we were at the beach. The pool was a highlight, always cool and with shaded areas. The cleaning team was excellent, always smiling and did a great job. Breakfast was okay but we preferred local options. the hotel is clean and in a great location. Despite some avoidable issues, I would still recommend this hotel.

First of all, the location of this hotel is mind-blowingly close to the beach, just a 7-minute walk away! The breakfast spread here is super impressive, with a wide range of delicious juices and options to choose from. The spa technicians deserve a special mention as they were absolutely jaw-dropping in their skills and professionalism. the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, making our stay truly unforgettable. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the tasteful furniture and fittings, added to the wow factor of this hotel. And let's not forget about the exceptional food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. With amenities like an outdoor swimming pool, massage, steam room, and a spa & wellness centre, this hotel really knows how to pamper its guests. The cherry on top? The short walk to nearby beaches and the convenience of having a supermarket closeby. And of course, we cannot forget to mention the exceptional security measures in and around the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for an incredible stay in Goa.

Great location on main road, stayed 10 nights over Xmas. Outdoor rooftop restaurant, dimly lit, torches provided for menus. Good rooms, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. Plus, the complementary welcome drink and chocolates were a nice touch.

The indoor pool was a letdown as it would have been nice to relax outside in the sun. Overall a decent place to stay, just don't expect a great breakfast or an outdoor swimming experience.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They speak good English and made us feel at home. The hotel is located in a nice area, very accessible and right in the center of everything. The rooms are modern and have a 5-star feel. The food in the restaurant is superb with a wide variety of options. The spa treatments were satisfying and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Friendly Staff, Great Location, Nice Rooms

Had a great city break stay with friendly staff that went out of their way to help us. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast with a varied selection, especially the eggs. The rooftop bar was lovely and enjoyed the panoramic view.

While we had a pleasant stay, there were some maintenance issues like a TV that didn't work and a toaster that was broken. The swimming pool was a bit disappointing as it didn't get any sun, but that was not a big deal.

Stayed at a hotel in Candolim and it was located in a great spot, close to all the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The service was top-notch, the staff was always incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food to choose from. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained.

The prices for room and food were quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

The highlight for us was the rooftop restaurant and bar, where we enjoyed comfortable seating, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and stunning sunsets.
